What is the difference between canvas and aluminum Dibond?
Canvas has a textile, slightly structured surface and appears rather warm and artistic. Alu-Dibond looks more modern, smoother and particularly high-quality with a stable, elegant appearance
Do all images have a glowing effect at night?
Yes. Our pictures have a luminescent effect that becomes visible in the dark, creating a special glow at night.
How does the luminescent effect work?
The effect charges with light, for example, daylight or artificial lighting, and releases the stored energy as a glow in the dark
How long does the picture glow at night?
The glow time can vary depending on light exposure, ambient brightness and the subject. The stronger and longer the image was exposed to light beforehand, the more intense the effect will be, visible for up to a maximum of 6 hours.
Can I return a picture?
Non-personalized images can be returned in accordance with the applicable return and cancellation policies. Custom-made images or special sizes may be excluded from cancellation, unless there is a defect.
